'Super 30' Box Office Report Day 8: Hrithik Roshan's film crosses Rs 80 crore mark by second Friday

Hrithik Roshan's Super 30 is going strong despite The Lion King release. The movie, which has also faced competition from Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh, has managed to touch Rs. 80 crore mark on its second Friday. Super 30 marked Rs. 75-crore-mark by the end of first week since its release.

Hrithik Roshan starrer movie, which is based on the real-life story of mathematician Anand Kumar, is not only steady but stays strong at the Box Office. Although it is seen dip from Rs. 5.62 crore on Thursday to Rs. 4.51 crore on Friday, Super 30 is on a journey to become a hit.

In fact by the end of second week, the movie is expected to cross Rs. 100-crore-mark with ease. It has currently aleady earned Rs. 80.36 crore in India. Super 30 is made on a budget of Rs. 119.80 crore approximately, which looks achievable in short-term.

Super 30, also starring Mrunal Thakur, has been directed by Vikas Bahl. The movie has received a thumbs up from critics and audiences alike, and good word-of-mouth is expected to give Super 30 more boost over the coming days. The weekend will prove crucial for Hrithik Roshan starrer and it can help give the movie a huge boost.
