Veere Di Wedding trailer: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor film is an ode to girlie gangs and we are loving it!

The trailer of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania's 'Veere Di Wedding' is out. 

Bebo returns to the movies after a gap of two years and after becoming mother to adorable Taimur Ali Khan which makes this film even more special. Although the makers are promoting the film with a tag line which says 'It is not a chick flick', the trailer gives a sneak peak into the film being a desi version of 'Sex and The City'. 

'Veere Di Wedding' is a perfect ode to girl gangs around the film and we are sure the film will entertain you ladies as much as you will be able relate to the joys and sorrows of these four friends in different stages of life. 

The trailer begins with the four friends played by Kareena, Swara, Sonam and Shikha mocking at Sonam's problems with the man in her life. The film takes a turn when Sumeet Vyas' character proposes Kareena Kapoor Khan's character for marriage. From a bachelorette trip to messed up and chaotic wedding celebrations, the film narrates the story of four friends and how they stand by each other in ups and downs. 

No surprises there that the ladies are fabulously dressed and look stunning in very frame. As producer Rhea Kapoor and actress Sonam Kapoor's daddy dear Anil Kapoor defines them they are 'bold, beautiful & badass Veeres' .

So for all those who didn't like the way female characters were portrayed in films like 'Pyar Ka Punchnama', this one is for you. As filmmaker Shashank Ghosh has told a story from the 'Veeres' point of view.
