Vicky Kaushal addressed the pregnancy rumours of Katrina Kaif and made a big statement. Vicky, who'll next be seen in the romantic comedy Bad Newz, launched the trailer of the film, followed by a press conference.
During the interaction, he was asked about the rumours related to him and Katrina embracing parenthood, and the actress being pregnant. He was asked about the ‘good news’ in his real life. Lately, there had been rumours of Vicky and wife Katrina Kaif being pregnant with their first child, especially after a video of them surfaced from London.
Vicky was asked when the audience got to hear the 'good news' of his real life, to which he replied, “Abhi ke liye aap Bad Newz enjoy kar lo, jo hum la rahe hain. Jab uska (good news) time aayega, we won't be shying away from giving that news.”
Katrina Kaif's official statement on pregnancy rumours
The last few weeks have seen very few public appearances of Katrina Kaif. Whatever blurry videos of hers and Vicky Kaushal have emerged from their recent London getaway have led to fans speculating she is pregnant. There is no picture of a baby bump and yet, every appearance of hers, or even a glimpse, has led to wild speculations. Now, the actress’ publicists have issued a statement on the repeated speculations.
On Monday night, Katrina was spotted at the Mumbai airport by the paparazzi. The actress’ loose-fitting attire once again led to pregnancy speculations. As the pictures and videos from the spot were shared on social media, many netizens said the actress was hiding a baby bump. After news reports carried these speculations, Katrina’s PR team Raindrop Media issued a statement on Tuesday morning. “Request all media houses to immediately stop this unconfirmed reporting and speculation,” it read. On the work front, Vicky's Bad Newz will release in the cinemas on July 19. On the other side, Katrina was last seen in Merry Christmas.
