Watch: After viral nude photoshoot, Milind Soman's effortless headstand video takes internet by storm

Model-turned actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman, who has been recently making headlines for his nude photoshoot, is giving major fitness goals in latest posts shared on his Instagram handle. 

While there's no denying the fact that the former supermodel is ageing like fine wine, his posts are also proof that he is only getter fitter and healthier with growing age.

The actor, who recently took the internet by storm by posting a photo of himself in his 'birthday suit' on the occasion of his 55th birthday, has been treating his fans with photos and videos of himself sporting only a pair of black shorts, flaunting his well-toned body and showing off his exercising, yoga skills. 

A motivator, who encourages his fans and followed on social media to follow a healthy lifestyle, Milind was seen setting the temperatures soaring as he nailed a head-stand in one of the videos he posted on his Instagram handle recently. 

Set in the backdrop of a caramel sun, Milind was seen performing the headstand so effortlessly, it left us in awe of him. He captioned the video, “No seedha exists without ulta ! (sic).”

In another post, alongside a topless photo of himself, Milind wrote stimulating lines which read, "There are as many opinions as there are people in the world. Earlier, in a post thanking his wife for all the lovely birthday surprise she had planned for him and his fans for the lovely wishes, Milind had posted a video doing pull-ups holding a branch of a tree. "Thank you to all for your love, you made this 4th November all the more special ! Most special was all the pampering from @ankita_earthy who thought of so many things to surprise me and make my birthday fun, I love you my sweetheart more than words can say (sic)," he captioned the post.

On November 7, a case was registered against the star for obscenity. 

The South Goa district police booked the model-actor obscenity, days after a nude photograph of the former supermodel running on a Goa beach went viral.

A Goa Police spokesperson said that an FIR under Section 294 (obscenity) of the Indian Penal Code, along with other relevant sections of the Information Technology Act, has been registered against Soman. "The FIR has been registered at the Colva police station in South Goa district," the spokesperson said.

On November 4, on the occasion of his 55th birthday, actor-fitness enthusiast Milind had posted a nude photo himself on his Instagram handle, running on a Goa beach. The post was flooded with comments praising the star for his fit body and some memes in goodnatured jest. 

Milind shared the image and wrote, "Happy birthday to me! 55 and running."
