Banks to be closed on these days in February, check full list here

Bank Holiday February 2021: The month of January is about to end. If you have postponed any work related to the bank for the next month i.e. February, then take a look at the calendar once because maybe on the day you are thinking of going to the bank, it will be closed. Therefore, it would be better to know in advance on which day the bank will be closed in February so that you can reschedule your work related to the bank if needed.

In terms of banking, activities start from February onwards because the financial year ends in March. The general budget will be presented on February 1. 

Let us tell you how many days the banks are going to stay closed in February this year. According to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) list of holidays, this year banks will be closed for more than 40 days. This includes Saturday and Sunday as well. Other than Sundays, banks are closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.

February 20 2021: Saturday - Arunachal and Mizoram State Day - Arunachal and Mizoram
February 26 2021: Friday - Hazrat Ali Jayanti - Uttar Pradesh
February 27 2021: Fourth Saturday, Guru Ravidas Jayanti - Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab

The branches of the bank may remain closed, but you can finish many of your tasks through internet banking. RBI says that bank holidays in states may vary. Therefore, all customers should plan their work related to banking keeping this in mind.
