As the chief guest at IIM-B, PC Musthafa, CEO of iD Fresh Food Global, came to inspire and greet the incoming class. He talked candidly about his business, failures, and other topics with the students. In addition, he gave the "future leaders" three insightful pointers that offer an insight into his principles as an entrepreneur.He wrote, “17 years ago, on my graduation day at IIMB, I witnessed an event that inspired me greatly. One that had as the Chief Guest Mukesh Ambani . Now, 17 years later, IIMB hosts a similar spectacular event to welcome their new batch and I was honoured to attend it as the Chief Guest. I wasn’t expecting it."

He added, “It’s always special to address a bunch of young, bright students looking forward to life with a lot of hope and passion. Here’s my 7-minute message to the future leaders!” He posted a video to finish off his post. He talks about how he got started in the video and how he had to close his Chennai business at one point. He imparted three lessons that aspiring business owners should keep in mind through his tales and anecdotes. The post has received almost 400 likes in addition to over 25,000 views.
