Sulajja Firodia Motwani is an Indian entrepreneur and also the Vice-Chairperson of Kinetic Engineering Ltd. The company is an Indian automotive manufacturer which was founded by her late grandfather HK Firodia in 1972. 

She is a third-generation scion of the Firodia family. Sulajja also founded Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited and has been leading it as CEO. Sulajja holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Pune University. She is an MBA holder from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.

Now, Sulajja plays a role in Kinetic Engineering Ltd which has a market capitalisation of Rs 26,300 crore as of September 12, 2023. The share price of the company was Rs 132.55 on Tuesday on NSE. She is responsible for the Kinetic group’s overall business strategy and development.

Before joining Kinetic Motor Company, she worked for a period of four years with an investment analytics company, BARRA International, based in California. Sulajja is the daughter of Arun Firodia, Chairman of Kinetic Group, India's leading manufacturer and exporter of two-wheelers. Sulajja is married to Manish Motwani. The duo have one son named Sidhant. 

Sulajja is an Industry nominee on the Development Council for Electrical Mobility of India from the Ministry of Heavy Industries a co-chairperson of Electric Vehicle Task Force at FICCI.
