In 1994 she acted in a television serial, Shanti, and followed it up with many other TV shows. She has acted in many films as well.

 

Mandira hosted the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2003 and 2007. She was also burdened with the duties of the Champions Trophy in 2004 and 2006. 

 

The woman was even seen hosting the IPL season 2 for Sony Max and the following season for British Network – ITV. 

2. Mayanti Langer

Mayanti Langer - she needs no introduction, having being associated with the Star Sports network for several years now. Mayanti is also married to a cricketer, Stuart Binny.

 

The 34-year-old started her hosting career with a show called Football Cafe on Zee Sports. She then went on to host the 2010 FIFA World Cup, 2010 Commonwealth game and finally ventured into the cricket field.

 

Mayanti hosted the 2011 World Cup and the 2015 edition of the tournament as well. She went on to host several bilateral series and T20 World Cups.

 

Her maiden IPL stint came in 2018 when Star Network acquired the broadcasting rights.

What can Shibani Dandekar not do. A singer, actress, and model, she has been a familiar face to the Indian audience. The girlfriend of Bollywood actor-producer Farhan Akhtar, Shibani is a known face in the show business.

 

She began her career as a television anchor in American television before she returned to India. While she hosted several Hindi shows and events, the 38-year-old even pursued a career in modelling.

 

Shibani, between 2011 and 2015, worked as an anchor for the Indian Premier League (IPL) which became her major claim to fame.

 

She was also spotted in Hindi films namely Sultan, Naam Shabana, and Bhavesh Joshi: Superhero.

 

4. Sanjana Ganesan

Currently one of the most well-known hosts is none other than Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah's wife - Sanjana Ganesan. The 28-year-old sports presenter and TV host worked with Star Sports for the IPL, hosting and presenting various shows.

 

She had made her TV debut with the popular reality show MTV Splitsvilla 7. She has also worked with the Premier Badminton League (PBL) as a presenter. Sanjana Ganesan had a brief modelling career before becoming a sports presenter.

 

She was the co-host of Star Sports' post-match show Match Point and Cheeky Singles. It was part of the channel's 2019 World Cup coverage.

 

She has also done shows for the Indian Super League (ISL) and hosted the 2018 Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction.

Starting off as a model in the television show 'Get Gorgeous' in 2004, she also participated in Jalak Dikhla Jaa 5 and worked as a VJ on Channel V.

 

She had signed up with Neo Sports first as an anchor and hosted the shows 'Tour Diary' for Extra Cover and 'Cricket…Tadka Marke'. 

 

Archana was present in almost every season of the IPL as long as the broadcasting rights were with Sony TV.

 

6. Rochelle Rao

In 2016, the 26-year-old joined the Sony crew and anchored the Indian Premier League that year. Even though she anchored in the league only for one year, she managed to build up a huge fan base.

9. Shonali Nagrani

The 35-year-old had a great career as a TV presenter and hosted Popcorn on ZoomTV and Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One. In 2007, she also hosted the IIFA Awards in Dubai and was a celebrity contestant in Bigg Boss 5.

 

As fr cricket, Nagrani began hosting the Champions Trophy in 2006. She was the presenter at the World Cup 2007 and World T20 in 2009 and 2010. 

 

She was even one of the hosts for IPL 2008 and was signed by ITV in 2011 for the coverage of IPL in the UK. Since went on to host four consecutive editions of the T20 league.

 

She has had cameos in the movies like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Dil Bole Hadippa!. 

10. Roshni Chopra
