IND vs WI: Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma eyeing for grand milestone during India-West Indies series

Team India cricketers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will once again resume their race to become the highest run-getter in the shortest of the game, with 22 fifty-plus knocks under their names, when India lock horns with West Indies in the first T20I in Hyderabad on Friday. 

India's captain and vice-captain are top class batsmen and will have a chance to end 2019 as the top scorer across all three international formats.

With six more matches to go in the calendar year, Virat is currently leading the charts with 2183 runs. Virat's teammate Rohit Sharma is closely following him on 2090 runs with Pakistan's Babar Azam sitting third on the list with 1820 runs. 

There is also a big possibility for the Indian skipper to finish as the top run-scorer in all three formats of the game for the fourth straight year in a row.
