India secured a commanding victory over Zimbabwe, triumphing by 23 runs to claim a 2-1 lead in the five-match series. Washington Sundar shone with three wickets, while Avesh Khan claimed two as Zimbabwe were restricted to 159/6 in Harare.

The Indian team set the tone early with impressive performances from Shubman Gill and Ruturaj Gaikwad, posting a formidable total of 182 for 4 in their allotted 20 overs.

Opting to bat first, India received a strong start from openers Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal, with Gill scoring a solid 66 runs before Jaiswal departed for 36. Ruturaj Gaikwad also made a significant contribution, scoring 49 off just 28 balls.

Zimbabwe's efforts were valiant, with Sikandar Raza and Blessing Muzarabani managing to scalp two wickets each. However, it was not enough to overcome India's dominant performance.
