Actor Vishal talks about horrifying incident happened while shooting Mark Antony, says 'I was reborn' | Exclusive

Tamil star Vishal Krishna Reddy aka Actor Vishal, is all set to appear in his upcoming film Mark Antony. In an exclusive conversation with DNA, the actor talked about a horrifying incident that happened on the set.

In February, Vishal posted a video from the set in which a truck almost hit him. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Jus missed my life in a matter of few seconds and few inches, Thanks to the Almighty. Numb to this incident back on my feet and back to shoot, GB.”

While speaking about the same incident, the actor said, “I was reborn that night. When SJ Suryah sir kicks me on my chest, I fall back. That guy has to hit the wall with the truck and stop at a particular place. But he continued his ride. He could hear a truck coming. Luckily he took the right turn. If he had to take the left turn, I swear you wouldn’t be seeing me doing a Zoom call right now. So when it hit the wall and stopped, I told people to leave me alone for 10 minutes. I realised I was reborn. When I came back, I told the director that ‘I am reborn, it is a rebirth for me.’”

He added, “I don’t know who prayed so hard at that time for me. There should be something that really helped me.” While speaking about the film, Vishal metioned, “Mark Antony is the 33rd film of my career. It is something connected with time travel. Mark is the son of the 1990s and Antony is the father who is the gangster of 75s. It’s like a time travelling thing through a device. But not in flashbacks, it happens parallel universe.” 

Apart from Vishal, the film will also feature S. J. Suryah, Ritu Varma, and Selvaraghavan as lead characters.
