Actress Reema Lagoo's daughter Mrunmayee, who is making her Bollywood debut with Hello Zindagi prefers to carry on her stint behind the camera rather than facing it, as she finds it tedious juggling both the departments.

Mrunmayee, who has assisted biggies like Raj Kumar Hirani and filmmaker Karan Johar, will be seen on the big screen in Raja Unnithan's Hello Zindagi  to be released on March 5.

"I have worked as an assistant director for Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots and Karan Johar's Hindi remake of  Stepmom. Though there are no specific reasons, currently I would like to continue with my stint behind the camera rather than taking up more acting assignments," Mrunmayee Lagoo told PTI.

"Handling both, acting and assisting at the same time is difficult. Hence, I have stopped acting for a while. But never say never," says Mrunmayee, who has acted in five Marathi films including Satchya Aat Gharat and Mukkampost London.

In Hello Zindagi, Mrunmayee plays Kavita, who is a rebel belonging to a conservative family and is leading a completely misled life.  "How she finds an anchor in her life, is all what the movie is about," she added.
