Reese Witherspoon rumored to be dating a Hollywood talent agent

Actress Reese Witherspoon is now rumored to be dating a Hollywood talent agent - just days after she was falsely linked to Scottish actor Gerard Butler.

The 33-year-old actress broke-up with long time beau Jake Gyllenhaal late last year  and she was subsequently rumoured to have become involved with Butler.

A rep for Butler, however, denied the actor was dating the 'Legally Blonde' star.

And now online gossips have linked Witherspoon to agent Jim Toth, after the pair was spotted enjoying dinner together in Santa Monica, California.

Toth works for Creative Artists Agency, the organization that represents Witherspoon, but a source has told People.com the intimate evening out was "a date (but) nothing serious."

"(They) were very flirtatious throughout dinner. They were having a lot of fun, totally getting along and laughing and talking the whole dinner. Reese seemed very happy. She was smiling all dinner. The mood was upbeat and really good," The Daily Star quoted the source as saying.
