CBSE changes syllabus for Class 12 Computer Exam, check details.
CBSE board exams for Class 12, 10 are just around the corner and students have geared up with their exam preparations. Meanwhile, the board has released a circular notifying the introduced changes in the syllabus for Class 12 Computer Exam with effect from 2019 academic year. The notification was released on the official website offering the students a new language in the syllabus.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has now decided to introduce Python language in the Class 12 Computer Science exam from the academic year 2019. The syllabus for Computer Science subject in 2019 will change with the introduction of the Python language. The students in this session will get an option to attempt questions on either C++ or Python language.
According to an official notification released on 9 March 2018, CBSE had prescribed a new language for the Computer Science students of Class 12. The circular also notified that the questions on Python have been kept optional as a few schools have the chapter on this language in the academic year 2017-19. The Computer Science exam is scheduled to be held on March 28. The Board will conduct the CBSE Class 12 examination from February 15 to April 3, 2019.
