CM Kejriwal Bail: Supreme Court Asks Delhi CM To Wait For High Court's Order

Supreme Court advises CM Kejriwal to wait for Delhi High Court's decision on his bail plea. A bench comprising Justices Manoj Misra and SV Bhatti posted Kejriwal's plea for June 26. Advocate Abhishek Singhvi, appearing for Kejriwal, sought removal of the interim stay on the bail order. However, SC concurred that if it were to pass an order now, it would be pre-judging the issue. Notably, AAP chief had petitioned in the top court to challenge the Delhi HC's stay on his bail granted last week by a lower court.
