Neha Banerjee's journey exemplifies unwavering determination and resilience. She started her journey to success at South Point High School after moving from Kolkata. She aced the IIT entrance exam, demonstrating her academic prowess and securing a spot at IIT Kharagpur to pursue a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Neha entered the corporate world after graduating and got a job at Adobe as an Electrical Engineer. Even though a successful career was tempting, Neha's goals drove her in the direction of a higher purpose. She took the UPSC exam in 2019 with courage and came out on top, achieving an amazing All India Rank of 20 on her first attempt.
