Antonin Thomas of Daniel-Féau, who represents an estate agency that has previously acquired residences for PSG stars, said that the footballer wants to be treated like any other client and wants a house similar to what he had in Barcelona, a contemporary house with a clean look, with no work needed to be done before moving in. Some preferences are a garden and a swimming pool.

It has been suggested to Lionel Messi to move to the Neuilly-sur-Seine region of Paris. His family has been encouraged to go to Yvelines and Villa Montmorency. The mansions are close to the club's training facility. The location is closer to the club's training site and other amenities.

An indoor swimming pools with a luxury deck and outdoor spaces with gardens are among the luxurious amenities available at the planned mansions. Former Barcelona teammate of Lionel Messi, Neymar resides nearby in a five-level, 10,800-square-foot villa in the posh Bougival neighbourhood.

The mansions feature indoor gyms which are a stable for top footballers when listing down requirements for their choice of accommodation. Coupled with the state-of-the-art swimming pool, this will take care of Messi’s training and fitness needs.

The mansions have contemporary interiors with monochrome shades. Images feature grand staircases, a royal purple decorated bedroom with opens into a luxurious bath area. Each of the two mansions reportedly cost slightly more than £22 million.
