The Indian women's team won the second Twenty20 International against Australia on Friday, beating the home team by 10 wickets in a rain-affected match in Melbourne.With this victory, India have clinched the 3-match Twenty20 series against Australia 2-0, and won their first ever series Down Under. India reached the revised target of 69 in 9.1 overs to win the game by 10 wickets on the Duckworth-Lewis method. (Read: Indian women beat world champions)

Man Utd legend Nemanja Vidic retires
Manchester United legend Nemanja Vidic has called it a day. Known as a non-comprising defender with exceptional bravery, Vidic was a former club captain who won numerous trophies with the Red Devils. A statement on Man Utd’s official website said: “The time has come for me to hang up my boots," he said. "The injuries I have had in the last few years have taken their toll. "I would like to thank all the players I have played with, all the managers and staff I have worked with, and say a big 'thank you' to the fans for their support over the years." Sania wins some, loses some
In a perfect climax to their stupendous run, Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis were crowned the Australian Open women's doubles champions after taming the spirited Czech duo of Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka in straight sets, in Melbourne on Friday.
The top seeds fought past seventh seeds Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka 7-6 (1) 6-3 in the women's doubles final that lasted one hour and 45 minutes. It was their third consecutive Grand Slam title for Sania and Martina, having won the Wimbledon and US Open in the 2015 season. In an incredible feat, Sania and Martina have now extended their unbeaten run to 36 matches, winning eight titles in a row. They won five straight titles in 2015, starting from the US Open and before the Australian Open today they had won Brisbane and Sydney events. Australian Open: Murray sets up final with Djoker
Iron-clad defence triumphed over all-out attack as Andy Murray overhauled Milos Raonic 4-6 7-5 6-7(4) 6-4 6-2 on Friday to book another Australian Open final against Melbourne Park nemesis Novak Djokovic. World number two Murray came from behind twice to topple the rangy Canadian, who was troubled by a leg injury and finally capitulated after playing majestically for most of the four-hour and three-minute contest at a flood-lit Rod Laver Arena.
