Akkineni Nagarjuna's 'Bigg Boss Telugu 3' aired on Television today and the show introduced us to all the contestants of the season
Bigg Boss Telugu 3 was in news a few days back for reasons the makers probably weren't expecting. The much-in-buzz Television show has now aired despite all the controversy it has been going through over the past few days (including plea to ban the show).
Unlike Bigg Boss Hindi version, the Television host for Bigg Boss Telugu keeps on changing. This year, with Bigg Boss Telugu 3, Akkineni Nagarjuna has stepped in as the host and he entertains with every new promo which the channel releases.
As the show aired today, 12 contestants have also been revealed. From actors to choreographers and even anchors, Bigg Boss Telugu 3 has roped in 12 different people under one roof (including Nagarjuna's daughter-in-law's impersonated Jr. Samantha).

The contestants list includes anchor Sreemukhi, hero Varun Sandesh, his wife and former actress Vithika Sheru, singer Rahul Sipligunj, TV9 Jaffer, dance master Baba Bhaskar, actress Hema, Himaja, Punarnavi Bhupalam, serial artist Rohini, Ravi Krishna, Ali Reza, fan bucket Mahesh, V6 anchor Savithri and Ashu Reddy (who is more popularly known as Jr. Samantha on dubsmash).

Bigg Boss Telugu became a blockbuster after Jr. NTR's hosting. Nani took his seat for Bigg Boss Telugu 2. Superstar Akkineni Nagarjuna has now taken up the chair of a host for Bigg Boss Telugu 3. He is being compared to Jr. NTR's hosting, and is even reportedly pais the similar price.
3. The controversy

Before airing however Bigg Boss Telugu 3 was in major controversy. A journalist who claims she was almost finalized for the show, has filed a report against four organizers of the show for demanding sexual favours from her, and even body-shaming her. A few students even protested outside Nagarjuna's house on sunday, demanding to know why is he silent on the matter. They are currently in a police station, while the show went live.
