Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant wedding: Chana kachori to kulfi, check food menu for July 12

Anant Ambani, son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, is set to marry his longtime girlfriend, Radhika Merchant, on July 12. The Ambani family has spared no expense in making this wedding a grand event, featuring globally popular celebrities and exquisite delicacies for the guests.

The wedding will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. One of the highlights of the event is the inclusion of fast food delicacies from Varanasi's renowned Kaashi Chaat Bhandaar. The menu will feature popular items such as tikki, tomato chaat, palak chaat, chana kachori, and kulfi.

This arrangement was confirmed after Nita Ambani, founder and chairman of Reliance Foundation, visited Varanasi last month to seek blessings at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. During her visit, she also visited the famous Kaashi Chaat Bhandaar, where she sampled their signature dishes. Impressed by the flavors, Nita Ambani invited the shop owner, Rakesh Keshari, to serve these items at the wedding in Mumbai.

"Nita Ambani came to our chaat bhandaar on June 24, where she tasted tikki chaat, tomato chaat, palak chaat, and kulfi falooda. She was very happy and said that the chaat of Banaras is very famous. It was a pleasure to serve her," Keshari told ANI.

The wedding festivities will start on July 12 with the Shubh Vivah ceremony at the Jio World Convention Centre. The celebrations will continue with the Shubh Ashirwad ceremony on July 13, culminating in the Mangal Utsav or wedding reception on Sunday, July 14.
