IAS Athar Aamir shares new post from his office, netizens say 'looking smart'

IAS Athar Aamir Khan is one of the popular IAS officers in India. The IAS officer often shares pictures from his personal and professional life on his social media accounts. The civil servant has now posted a new picture from his office. However, he hasn't added a caption to the picture which shows IAS Aamir on his desk.

The post garnered thousands of likes within a few hours of sharing the picture. Netizens have also reacted to the picture with many heart emojis. IAS Athar Aamir is a UPSC CSE 2015 topper with All India Rank (AIR) 2. He cracked the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam in his first attempt. He is currently posted as Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation. IAS Athar is the ex-husband of his topper batchmate IAS Tina Dabi.

IAS Athar holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) from IIT Mandi. The IAS officer belongs to Kashmir. After IAS Shah Faesal, IAS Athar is the 2nd Kashmiri to top an IAS exam. After his divorce from IAS Tina Dabi, IAS Aamir Khan married Dr. Mehreen Qazi in October 2022.
