Watch: Akshay Kumar's daughter Nitara is a fitness freak just like him!

Akshay Kumar is a man of his words. The actor just doesn't preach, but also practices and works towards a healthy and fit life.

In fact, Akshay tries to inspire his fans and followers and motivates them by sharing pictures and videos of himself from his fitness regime. 

But it is not just Akshay who is a fitness freak in the family. 

Looks like the Gold actor's little daughter Nitara too loves to workout just like daddy dear!

On Saturday, Akshay Kumar shared a picture of his daughter doing the battle rope exercise. Her back was to the camera as she repeatedly shook the ropes with her hands. 

Along with the video, Akshay wrote a parenting tip, which reads, “Kids tend to pick up what they see...start early and try to set a good example. Great parenting. Active kids. #FitIndia.”

On the professional front, Akshay Kumar will soon be seen promoting his next release, the Tamil-Hindi bilingual 2.0, which also stars veteran actor Rajinikanth. 

The film will mark Akshay's Tamil debut and will see him play the antagonist for the first time in his career. 2.0 is slated to release on November 29.
