She is Shweta Agarwal, whole-time director of snacks manufacturer Bikaji Foods. She has been the director of the company since November 2006. 

Shweta is the daughter-in-law of Shiv Ratan Agarwal, the promoter and chairman of Bikaji Foods. Shivratan launched the Bikaji brand in 1993. Today, the company has a market cap of Rs 17750 crore as of July 25. According to Forbes, he has a real-time net worth of Rs 13390 crore.

His son Deepak Agarwal is the company's promoter and managing director. Shweta is married to him. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and a master’s degree in arts (English) from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. She has approximately 16 years of experience.

She holds expertise in market development, brand management and product innovation. Shweta was re-appointment as whole-time director of the company from February 2024 for three years. She is also serving as a director on the board of several companies, including Bikaji Mega Food Park Private Limited, Hanuman Agrofood Private Limited and Petunt Food Processors Private Limited.

Meanwhile, Bikaji Foods on Wednesday reported a 40.2 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 58.06 crore in the first quarter ended in June 2024. Its revenue from operation was up 15.24 per cent to Rs 555.12 crore in the June quarter. It was at Rs 481.68 crore a year ago.
