Baby looks like her mother, grandmother: Akshay Kumar

Actor Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna were blessed with a baby girl early on Tuesday morning and both the mother and daughter are said to be doing fine. According to a source, Twinkle was admitted to Breach Candy hospital late on Monday night and was accompanied by Akshay and mum Dimple Kapadia.

This is the couple’s second child after 10-year-old Aarav. An elated Akshay who was by his wife’s side all through revealed that their daughter looks like Twinkle and Dimple.

“We are blessed with a lovely baby girl, who looks just like her mother and grandmother,” said the Bollywood star.

And as congratulatory messages continued to pour in all day, Akshay added, “I have no words to express my happiness... I would like to thank everyone for their blessings and best wishes.” The actor is now looking forward to welcoming the baby home.

A source adds, “Twinkle is due to be discharged in another two days time and Akshay can hardly wait to welcome them home. He and Tina (Twinkle) had personally done up the nursery and they are really happy that Aarav has a sister now.”
