Miranda Kerr named son Flynn after late boyfriend

Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr gave her son Flynn the middle name Christopher in honour of an ex-boyfriend Christopher Middlebrook who died in a car accident.

The Australian model, who is married to actor Orlando Bloom, gave birth to Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom in January, this year.

"Chris and I had been dating for two years. After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way. I told Orlando and he was the one who said he'd be happy to do that. Orlando's a good guy," Contactmusic.com quoted the 28-year-old as saying.
