Reel to real: Salman Khan to meet Geeta soon!

Salman Khan's films have always worked wonders at the box office. But no one could ever imagine that Bajrangi Bhaijaan will have an impact the way it actually did. So much that the film has inspired a real life story as well. 

A deaf-mute Indian girl Geeta stranded in Pakistan for 13 years after wandering over one of the world's most militarised borders arrived home on Monday but failed to recognise the family she has identified from photographs. The story of Geeta, a Hindu woman in her early 20s, has captivated people in both countries at a time of heightened tension and border clashes between the nuclear-armed rivals.

After the release of the film when Salman and Kabir got to know about Geeta, they voluntarily came out in public accepting that they are ready to help Geeta find her real parents. Now that Geeta is in India, Kabir has also told an agency, "Geeta had expressed her desire to meet Salman Khan, once she settles down here, we will arrange a meeting."

The director is mighty pleased that his film played such an important in the entire movement. But now that Geeta has not been to recognise her parents, we wonder what will happen next!
