Amid a suspicion of conspiracy in the Woolwich attack case, detectives have fired tasers and made three further arrests as part of the probe into the brutal murder of British soldier Drummer Lee Rigby.

Two men aged 24 and 28 have been arrested from a residential area in southeast London while a third man aged 21 had been held in the street in Charlton, the Mirror reports.

According to the report, the 28 and 21 year old men do not need medical treatment despite the taser firing by the Counter Terrorism Police.

The report also said that the police is looking for more clue to the incident and have appealed for witnesses to the attack to contact them at 0800 789321 even as their search has covered four residential addresses in southeast London.

The police has confirmed that two men suspected of murdering Rigby in Woolwich Michael Adebolajo, a British-Muslim convert of Nigerian origin and Michael Adebowale of Greenwich remain in hospital after being shot by police.

A 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder has now been released on bail.
