Court directs officer to file affidavit in Haseena Parker Case

MUMBAI: A sessions court on Friday directed the investigating officer of the anti-extortion cell to file an affidavit to support its contention that the bail for gangster Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar and three others be cancelled.
    
Parkar, two builder brothers Krishnamilan and Sandip Shukla and Parkar's bodyguard Salim Patel are accused in a case of cheating, forgery and extortion.
    
The affidavit to be filed by anti-extortion cell officer D B Parab must also disclose all details of the probe so far against the accused, Principal Sessions Judge A P Bhangale said.
    
The matter will come up for hearing again on June 12.
