Edge won his second WWE Royal Rumble Title at the age of 47, after a gap of 11 years as he won his first one in 2010
Edge, after returning to the ring in 2021 made it count as the 47-year old won his second WWE Royal Rumble title. The Canadian professional wrestler first won the top honour at the Royal Rumble, 11 years ago in the year 2010. Considered as one of the best wreslers of his times, Edge has previously won 7 World Heavyweight Championship titles, the WWE Championship four times, the Intercontinental Championship five times and many other achievements.
Edge is also only the sixth person to win the Royal Rumble multiple times. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Dave Bautista, John Cena, Randy Orton, have all won it twice. Edge won his first title when he was 36 years old, now he has won at the age of 47. However, he is not the first one to acheive this feat.

John William Miton, or Big John studd' as he was called became the first ever person in the history of Royal Rumble to win the competition at an age in excess of 40. The 1948-born American wrestler won the 1999 competition.
2. Ric Flair

Richard Morgan Fliehr, or 'Ric Flair' as he was known as in the wrestling ring, three years later achieved the same feat. The 1949-born Ameican wrestler won his maiden Royal Rumble title at the age of 43 in the year 1992.
3. Mr McMahon

The current CEO of WWE, Vincent Kennedy McMahon, also is part of teh same elite list. The 1945-born American former professional wrestler won his maiden Royal Rumble title in the year 1999, at the age of 44.
4. The Undertaker

Mark William Calaway, or better known by his ring name as 'The Undertaker' won his maiden Royal Rumble title at the age of 42. The 1965-born retired American professional wrestler achieved the feat in the year 2007.
5. Dave Bautista

One of the six wrestlers to have won two Royal Rumbles, Dave Bautista, won the event for the first time in the year 2005. He repeated his achievement 9 years later in 2014, when he was 45 years of age.
6. Triple H

Paul Michael Levesque, like Bautista and Edge belongs to the category of wrestlers, who have the Royal Rumbles twice and once at the age of 40-plus. Triple H, as he is called in the ring, won the event for the first time in 2002 and repeated the feat, 14 years later in 2016. The 1969-born American wrestler won his second title at the age of 47.
