PUBG Mobile inks deal with electric car maker Tesla, may bring stylish vehicle skins to game

In a good news for lakhs of Battegrounds Mobile India lovers, PUBG Mobile has joined hands with popular electric car maker Tesla with an aim to bring Tesla-specific elements to the game. It is to be noted that Battlegrounds Mobile India is the Indianised version of PUBG Mobile India which was banned by Indian government in September 2020 due to privacy concerns.

According to PUBG Mobile, the Tesla-specific elements will likely include the cars of the company that will be soon available in PUBG Mobile via the game’s skins, along with Tesla’s “revolutionary spirit”. However, it is still unclear whether these new elements will be introduced in Battlegrounds Mobile India or not.

It is interesting to note that both Krafton and PUBG Mobile have preferred to maintain silence on what new changes will be coming to the game but it is widely speculated that it would be skins for PUBG’s in-game vehicles like the Dacia. It may be recalled that PUBG Mobile has joined hands with Yamaha in the past to bring its bike skins in the game.

It is expected that the partnership with Tesla would help PUBG Mobile to bring in skins for popular cars like the Model S, the Model X, the Model Y and the Model 3. Notably, these skins will not have no effect on the usability, functionality or handling of these in-game vehicles but they will definitely add a new feel to the overall game.

It is expected that while PUBG Mobile players will get the opportunity to enjoy the new Tesla features whenever they will be released, Battlegrounds Mobile India players will have to wait longer to get a chance to use these skins as the game is still in a beta phase.

Step 2: Next, install the APK file, but do not open it yet. Change the name of the OBB file to “main.15255.com.pubg.imobile”

Step 3: Paste the OBB to Android/OBB/com.pubg.imobile
