New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori won the toss and elected to bat against India in the weather-hit third and final cricket Test here today.

India made one change to the team which played in the drawn second Test in Hyderabad, bringing in Ishant Sharma for injured pace spearhead Zaheer Khan.

New Zealand have included pacer Andy McKay in place of Brent Arnel in the sqaud.

The match will start at 12:30pm and 70 overs will be bowled today instead of the regulation 90 after the entire pre-lunch session went without a ball being bowled due to the wet outfield.
