Choti Sarrdaarni, Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon actor Avinesh Rekhi joined Uddariyaan. Speaking about his character Sarab, the actor said, "Stepping into the shoes of Sarab in Udaariyaan feels like coming home to the roots. I started my journey with Colors, and after the immense success of Choti Sarrdaarni, I’m thrilled to embark on this new chapter with Udaariyaan. Sarab’s character is a new challenge for me. 2. Aditi Bhagat as Haniya

Aditi Bhagat, who has previosuly played Aasmaa in Udaariyaan, shared her thoughts about playing Haniya. The actress said, "From playing Aasmaa to now essaying the role of Haniya has been an incredible journey for me. It would be really interesting and challenging to play the role of Haniya as it is notably different from Aasmaa's character. This is a challenge I would love to take on. Though different in nature, Haniya has a core of Aasmaa. I feel blessed to be continuing to be part of this show's legacy, although in a different role. I hope the viewers love my new character just like they have loved Aasmaa."

Shreya Jain would be playing Punjabi kudi Mehar. Talking about her character Shreya said, "Udaariyaan has received immense love and support from the viewers, and I am thrilled about carrying forward its legacy. Meher’s character has many layers, and it will be interesting for the audience to see it unfold gradually. It is my first time shooting in Chandigarh.
