Geeta Phogat and husband ready to take on the dance world, to participate in 'Nach Baliye 9'

The list of contestants on the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 keeps on getting interesting. CWG gold medallist Geeta Phogat and her husband Pawan Singh (also a national level wrestler) have recently joined the show and after proving their skills in the wrestling arena, they are set to take over the world with their dance.

According to various reports, Geeta Phogat and her husband Pawan Singh have been finalised for Nach Baliye 9 and will soon start shooting for the promo of the show. They were supposedly approached many times but could only manage to make time this year. For the uninitiated, Geeta has already been part of the reality show 'Khatron Ke Khiladi' two years back.

A source close to the project told ABP news, "Geeta and Pawan were offered the previous season of Nach Baliye, but they couldn’t do it. However, this time around, they are seeming to be interested and there are high possibilities of them participating in the show.'"

Interestingly the format of the show this year is quite unique - it would bring couples as well as ex-couples on the show together. In fact the makers released a promo of the show which features Urvashi Dholakia with a mystery man. This person appears to be none other than her ex Anuj Sachdev. The show has been produced by Salman Khan this year.
