Brief news ahead of this weekend''s Serie A matches (times GMT):

* AC Milan striker Marco Borriello has returned to full training and should be fit for Sunday's trip to Bari (1945) after missing the last two games with a back problem.

Borriello could replace Klaas Jan Huntelaar, who wasted two good chances in the 3-2 Champions League defeat by Manchester United on Tuesday.  Left back Luca Antonini is out with a thigh muscle injury.

Inter Milan midfielder Dejan Stankovic has recovered from a calf problem which has kept him out for a month and could start for the leaders at home to fifth-placed Sampdoria on Saturday (1945). Striker Mario Balotelli is struggling after a knock, however.

* Forward Francesco Totti is suspended for second-placed AS Roma's home game with Catania on Sunday (1400). The Giallorossi lost for the first time in 21 games in Thursday's 3-2 defeat at Panathinaikos in the Europa League.

* Juventus striker David Trezeguet came off the bench for his first appearance in more than a month in Thursday''s 2-1 Europa League win at Ajax but he is unlikely to start Sunday''s game at Bologna (1400) given Amauri''s return to form.                                            Frenchman Trezeguet had been out with an ankle injury.

There is still no sign of fellow forward Vincenzo Iaquinta recovering from knee surgery despite doctors saying three months ago that he would be fit in 40 days.

* Fiorentina's bad luck continues for the Tuscan derby at home to Livorno on Sunday (1400). Captain Riccardo Montolivo and defender Per Kroldrup are both suspended.

* Fourth-placed Napoli have midfielder Walter Gargano suspended for Sunday's trip to bottom side Siena (1400) but Argentina striker Ezequiel Lavezzi could return after a thigh problem.
