Sonam Kapoor is one of the few actresses in B-Town who have achived a lot in much-lesser time. At the age of 34, the actress appears in various Bollywood films alongside A-list actors and actresses, is an entrepeneur in the fashion world, totally slays at each of her appearances at the Cannes Film Festival and is leading a blissful married life.
Sonam Kapoor rang in her birthday today in the presence of friends and family. She cut her birthday cakes, got special wishes from everyone (the most special being from her husband Anand Ahuja) and began the day to make the most of it!
Soon going to appear in The Zoya Factor alongside Dulquer Salmaan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has played some powerful roles in movies. In the recent past especially, Anil Kapoor-Sunita's daughter has managed to pull off some risky roles and get noticed in them too.

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja took this up as her first biopic and did full justice to the role. There were in fact some intense scenes in the movie which could give anybody goosebumps. More so, she received a National Award for her performance in the movie.

It is not easy to fill in shoes of legendary actress Rekha. Sonam Kapoor's movie Khoobsurat took references from Rekha's movie by the same name. Sonam, paired with Fawad Khan, however made one hell of a combination!

ELKDTAL was also the first movie where Sonam was paired with her father Anil Kapoor on-screen for the first time, in the role of father-daughter.
