DU admissions 2020: Delhi University releases fifth cut-off list; check college and course-wise marks

Seats, over 65,000 out of 70,000, for most of the courses are already full, but some seats under PWD, SC, OBC and ST quota are still vacant.

Delhi University on Saturday released the fifth and final cut-off list for its ongoing admission process for undergraduate courses. Seats, over 65,000 out of 70,000, for most of the courses are already full, but some seats under PWD, SC, OBC and ST quota are still vacant.

While admissions for popular courses in many colleges are already closed, there was a dip of 1-3% in the cut off list for the remaining courses.

Admissions to Hansraj, Hindu and Lady Shri Ram colleges of Delhi University are already closed while admissions to some colleges like Bharti College, College of Vocational Studies, Deshbandhu, Daulatram, Kirori Mal, Venkateswara College, Aurobindo College, Shyamlal College, Ramjas and Rajdhani College are still open.

Delhi University Registrar Vikas Gupta on Saturday said, "Fifth and last cut-off list released by the university will be displayed in various colleges from Monday. The admissions as per the fifth cut-off list will begin on Monday and will continue till Wednesday."

Candidates, who meet the DU fifth cut off marks have to further apply for admissions from 10 am on November 9 to 5 pm on November 11. However, they can pay the DU 5th cut off fee till November 13 (11.59 pm).

The special cut off of DU 2020 will be released on November 18, 2020 at du.ac.in.

DU colleges 5th cut off list

At SRCC, admissions have been closed for all the programmes except BCom programme with 98.12% cut-off marks.

Hindu College cut-off for Sociology is 97.75% as per the fifth cut-off list.

The Ramjas fifth cut-off marks for BA (Hons) Economics is 97.25%, BA (Hons) English is 96.25%, BA (Hons) Hindi is 88.75%, BA (Hons) History is 97% and BA (Hons) Political Science is 97.75%.

With the release of Gargi College fifth cut off 2020, the college has closed its intake process for as many six courses which include BA (Hons) Applied Psychology, BA (Hons) Hindi, etc. Only three courses are still available, which include BA (Hons) Eco, BA (Hons) English and BA (Hons) Pol Sc.

This year, the admission process is completely being held online due to the coronavirus pandemic.
