CampusFrance has organised a student recruitment tour allowing students to meet 25 French institutions of higher learning on a one-to-one basis. Also, several university cooperation meetings between institutes in India and France will be conducted simultaneously. Electro Music Scratch Bandits Crew

Scratch Bandits Crew play with voices — be it soul, hip-hop, funk, and mix these to create surrealist collages that tell stories with holes. The band combines analog and digital, acoustic and electronic music in a unique signature style. They also develop their personal scratching tools: new devices, such as scratch-guitar and darbuka lamp, or the lunar scratch, a unique prototype of ‘scratch controlled instrument’.

‘One night at a reception held at the French Embassy in Calcutta in 1937…’ This unique theatrical experience journeys through two works of one of the most important French authors of the 20th century —  Marguerite Duras. It is the story of a love lived in an India of the ’30s, set in the climax of passion, where, at a reception of an imagined French Embassy in Calcutta, a cursed Vice-Consul screams his love for Anne-Marie Stretter (played by Nandita Das).
