Glamour model Katie Price aka Jordan marries again

Glamour model Katie Price has married cage fighter and Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid, her publicist said on Wednesday.    

The couple, who have been dating for several months, tied the knot in a "private, simple ceremony" in Las Vegas on Tuesday, he added in a statement.    

"We are very much in love and look forward to the future together," the couple said. "We can't wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes."

Price, 31, who is also known as Jordan in the media, is a tabloid and celebrity magazine favourite.

She was married to the singer Peter Andre before they split last year, and she has three children.

As well as publicity deals, Price has turned her celebrity into cash in other ways, endorsing lingerie and perfume and writing novels, children''s books and autobiographies. 

Reid is best known for appearing in the latest series of the Celebrity Big Brother show and, against the odds, emerging as the winner.  

The publicist added: "Their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place, and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other."
