The actor’s bodyguard speaks on her deathwish

Lindsay Lohan’s former bodyguard fears the troubled actress’s addictions will kill her. Lee Weaver, who was Lohan’s minder for two years, has worked for a number of Hollywood stars, but claims Lohan is the wildest celebrity he’s ever met, even more so than former drug addict Robert Downey Jr.

Weaver tells British newspaper, ‘News of the World’, “I have looked after some of the wildest stars in Hollywood, but never anyone as out of control as Lindsay. She had a total death wish and took more drugs and drank more than anyone I have met. I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I’d breathe a sigh of relief when she was still alive.”

Speaking further on his experiences with the star, he said, “I’d never heard of her when I was asked to do the job. She was only 18 but it was a nightmare. I would pray every night she wouldn’t kill herself on my watch. I desperately hope she stops doing drugs but fear that will only happen when she kills someone else with her reckless ways - or kills herself.”

Weaver is currently writing a tell-all book exposing the realities of working for stars including Kim Basinger, Brad Pitt, Eddie Murphy and Pamela Anderson.

Lohan was 17 when she moved in with Wilmer Valderrama in early 2004, and their breakup that November made the gossip columns; numerous romantic rumors followed, forcing actors such as Bruce Willis to refer to their relationships with Lohan as ‘purely professional.’

Lohan’s three car accidents in 2005 and one in 2007 made headlines. The first was a minor rear-ender, though the victims later threatened to sue her.

Lohan began her career with Ford Models at age three and, at a time when blue-eyed blondes were in highest demand, the freckle-faced, auburn-haired child found little work as a fashion model. She persisted and eventually appeared in more than 100 print ads.
