Instagram user Sumit Palve posted a house tour video of his 1 BHK apartment in South Mumbai, and it has left viewers both amused and concerned. What sets this video apart is its satirical take on the conventional house tour videos typically presented by real estate agents.
In the video captioned, "Aajao boss Dikha Dunga! South Bombay hai boss compromise to Karna Padega Boss (Come Boss, I will show you. Boss, you will have to compromise because it's South Bombay)," Mr. Palve takes viewers on a tour of his extremely compact apartment. He showcases the ingenious adjustments he has made to utilize every square inch of space. Throughout the tour, he emphasizes the need for "compromise," even when dealing with a ₹2.5 crore apartment, owing to its location in South Mumbai.
