Lily Allen is reportedly being offered £550,000 to replace Simon Cowell on the X Factor judging panel.

Meanwhile, Walsh has been offered £450,000 - 100,000 less than Allen.

Allen is in such demand X Factor bosses have told her she can miss half the auditions, reports the Daily Star.

It is being said that producers had been wooing Allen for six months and offered her the mega-money deal before Christmas.

According to insiders, Dannii Minogue was still to have a firm offer put to her but it was “highly likely” they would reach an agreement.

A show source said: “Both Syco (Cowell’s company) and ITV are massive Lily Allen fans and the amount of money they’re offering her makes it clear they think she will be the biggest draw on the show

“She’s known to have strong opinions and has huge credibility. There was a fear her hectic schedule may interfere with filming, so they’ve offered to divide the auditions between the judges.”
