MNS Chief Raj Thackeray has asked his partymen not to deface the cities by putting up banners and hoardings which he termed as an eyesore.
In a letter to the party members, Raj said "immediately stop putting up political hoardings. There should be no banners declaring birthdays. Not even my birthday."
The hoardings are causing trouble to the people and it should be stopped. And no excuse would be entertained, he
But he has allowed banners informing about good social works in the area. "But make sure while putting those banners that traffic signals and statues of respectable persons are not blocked. The party executives must ensure that necessary permissions from authorities are taken," he said.
