Pooja Bedi and Sky aka Akashdeep Saigal: Happily ever after?

Pooja Bedi is in love. Though she has been dating television actor Akashdeep Saigal for some time, it’s only now that she has decided to come out in the open about the relationship. Says the actress, “I think the tattoo of my name that Sky (Akashdeep) got done on his bicep more than a year ago was an official announcement of our relationship.”

But why the tattoo to prove his love? Pooja explains, “The huge Pooja tattoo he had done symbolises I am his strength. It was very brave of him to get a permanent tattoo as a token of our love. And he has tattooed my whole name, not just initials which can be made into some other design later in the event of a break-up. It shows his huge commitment to our relationship.”

One wonders what happens to the tattoo if love flies out of the window. Poor Prateik Babbar is stuck with a tattoo of  Amy Fernandes’s name although their relationship is over.

Pooja laughs off. “Sky says some wounds will heal. But some things are meant to last forever. He never wants to forget the most invaluable experience he shares with me during the time that we are together.” Let’s hope the tattoo remains a testimony to a relationship that lasts permanently.
