Here’s why this two beaches make for a great holiday destinations.
Copacabana

No trip to Rio is complete without a stop at Copacabana.This two-and-a-half mile stretch of sand is busy with sunbathing, kite flying, rollerblading and loads of beach sports. The iconic black and white wave of the Copacabana promenade, which trails the length of the beach, is a hot spot for tourists and residents alike. From the beach there are great views of Sugarloaf Mountain, the Corcovado and the azure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Rabbit Beach’s is clearly a big hit with travellers because of its stunning turquoise water and white sand. It can be only reached by boats and ferries. Lampedusa does have an airport and flights are available from Sicily and Italy. One can choose to hire a moped and take tour of the island to check the other beaches apart from Rabbit Beach. Also, there are boat trips around the island that take about four hours to complete.
