Now people who follow your tweets will be able to reach your Vine profile and vice versa. If you connect Twitter to your Vine account, it will now show up on your Vine profile and 'other parts of the app' including video messages. People will also now be able to search for your Twitter handle to find you on Vine.

The same goes in the other direction. You’ll now be able to link and show your Vine profile on Twitter, and people will be able to see your total Vine loops right from your timeline. If they tap on that link, they’re taken straight to your Vine account.

A new setting will let you choose to show and link to your Vine account from your Twitter profile which means that when people to go your Twitter profile, they’ll see our icon alongside your total loops. When they tap that link, they’ll be taken straight to your account on Vine.

If you connect your Vine and Twitter accounts, your Twitter username will appear on your Vine profile and in other places throughout the app, like in VMs. People will be able to search for your Twitter handle to find you on Vine, and they can confirm your Vine account is actually yours. When someone taps your Twitter username, they’ll go straight to your Twitter account and they can follow you there.

they have also updated Vine profiles to include an account’s loops, the same number you see when Vine is shown on Twitter profiles. Loops are counted every time a Vine is watched within our player, which is in the mobile apps and website, embeds across the web, Twitter and more.
