Actor Mukesh Khanna has made another statement regarding Kalki 2898 AD and claimed that his big-screen adaptation of Shaktimaan will be bigger and better than Prabhas-starrer.

After criticising Nag Ashwin's latest blockbuster, Mukesh released a video on his YouTube channel, revealing that 'he's scared, overwhelmed' after watching 
Kalki 2898 AD. 

Soon he dropped a reel on his YouTube and shared it on Instagram with a post in which he explained why Shaktimaan would be better than Kalki 2898 AD. He wrote, "Kya “SHAKTIMAAN”, “ KALKI” se behtar banegi. Ban sakti hai aur banegi. Unke peeche South tha. Hamare peeche SONY International hai. Mukesh further took a sly dig at Kalki and wrote, "Woh kal ki kahani hai. Shaktimaan aaj ki aur hamesha ki kahani hai."

Mukesh Khanna slammed Kalki 2898 AD for distorting facts

On Tuesday, Mukesh Khanna took to his YouTube channel and shared his review of Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone's Kalki 2898 AD. The actor stated some positive as well as negative points. He criticised the 'boring' first half of the film and slammed the makers for trying to change mythology. He said, "One thing that is bothering me is that they have tried to change the mythology in the film. In the beginning, you see Lord Krishna come, and take the gem from Ashwathama's forehead, telling him that he will be my saviour in the future, Lord Krishna never said this." 

He further wrote, "I have objections on this point and every Sanatani Hindu should have an objection on this. Even in Adipurush, you made a joke of our Hindu Sacred texts and even in PK you made Shivji run. You are messing with our religion." Meanwhile, Kalki 2898 AD continues it's dream run and grossed Rs 700 crores worldwide.
