Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, after paying a visit to Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) dharna site at Shaheed Smarak, will head to address a public meeting at Ramlila ground here on Sunday. Kejriwal is the star campaigner for AAP and the party is all geared up to draw maximum advantage from his visit before they start its election campaign in Rajasthan. He is scheduled to declare the party's final election manifesto during the public meeting.

"Our senior leader, Rampal Jat has been on hunger strike for five days pressing for farmers' demands and it is to show him support and appreciation for the cause that Arvind Kejriwal will visit him the meeting," said a senior AAP leader.

The numbers though remain clouded as the capacity of the ground is just a fraction of the crowd expected. The party cadre is nonetheless excited over the event and has been making efforts to make it a success.

As Kejriwal remains the poster boy for party, the achievements of his government in Delhi will form the core of AAP's election campaign in Rajasthan. Their election campaign, too, follows the same pattern which they had adopted during Delhi Assembly elections.

"We present a people's government and our manifesto is being drafted and shared with people to take their opinion before anything is finalised. Our candidates list too will go through similar procedure before we formally awarde the ticket," said another AAP leader.

Party workers are already active on social media to promote the public gathering.
