Students from various prestigious institutes like IIM and IIT often get high salary packages. Many Indian and MNC companies hire students from these colleges at campus placement. However, high-paying jobs are also offered at other colleges in the country. One such person who got a record high-breaking package is Ruthvik Manyam. He is an alumnus of Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad. Ruthvik reportedly bagged a job offer worth Rs 1.35 crore from a US-based firm last year. He has been working as a Software Engineer at A10 Networks in San Jose (US) since July 2023. Ruthvik is in the Systems and Platform team.

The job offer bagged by Ruthvik was the highest international offer to an MNNIT student from an American software giant. While pursuing his B.tech, he also did an internship for three months for the same company. He completed his B.tech in Computer Science from 2019 to 2023 with a CGPA of 8.3, as per his LinkedIn profile.

Ruthvik completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Bengaluru. He passed with a 10.0 CGPA in high school (Class 10) and 86.4 per cent in intermediate (Class 12). He was active in sports during his school days. he was sports captain and part of the school Volleyball and Basketball teams.

Besides, another woman who did not study in IIT or IIM, secured an annual job package of Rs 85 lakh last year. Her name is Rashi Bagga. She pursued BTech at the International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur (IIIT-NR).
