Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding festivities have been the talk of the town with Hollywood celebrities performing live at the grand events. Earlier, their pre-wedding bash saw Rihanna, Akon, Beyonce, and others giving an electrifying performance and now their sangeet function will see another set of groovy performances
According to reports, the singer that will be performing live on Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's sangeet is charging more than what Rihanna, Beyonce, and Akon did for their performances at the Ambani events. The singer, who is costlier than all of them is Justin Bieber.
Earlier, there were reports that Justin Bieber is going to perform at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's sangeet, however, now, with his arrival in Mumbai, it's confirmed. The pop singer will be charging a whopping amount for his performance at the couple's sangeet. According to a report in LeoDias portal, Justin is charging a whopping $10 million (Rs 83 crore) for his performance.
The pop-singer is the costliest as Rihanna, who performed at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding bash in Jamnagar, reportedly charged Rs 74 crore for her performance, Akon charged around Rs 2-4 crore, Shakira reportedly charged for Rs 10-15 crore for second pre-wedding bash, Katty Perry reportedly charged Rs 45 crore for the second pre-wedding bash. Beyonce also performed at Isha Ambani and Anand Parimal's wedding and reportedly charged Rs 33 crore. Hence, Justin's Rs 83 crore is the highest among all of them.
Some of Justin Bieber's popular songs, which rose him to stardom include My World 2.0, Baby, Under The Mistletoe, Believe, Where Are You Know, Sorry, Purpose, and more. A report in India Today also suggests that Adele, Drake, and Lana Del Rey are in talks to grace the stage too. Interestingly, a report in Pinkvilla also suggests Karan Aujla and Badshah, two of Punjab's most popular singers, will be performing at the musical evening.
Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's Mameru ceremony took place at Antilla, Mumbai on June 3 and now, their sangeet ceremony is reportedly going to take place on June 5. The couple is set to tie the knot on July 12 in a lavish wedding ceremony which will be attended by Bollywood A-listers.
