Who is Baba Narayan Hari?

It is said that he is a resident of Etah. He got the idea of ​​becoming a Baba 10 years ago in Khoda Colony of Noida. He started the preaching business with his 5 followers in Noida. He acquired money and property from people in the name of preaching religion. The man used to tell people that he was in the Intelligence Unit of UP Police. He used to make his devotees bear the expenses of arranging satsang. Even during the Covid lockdown, he had organized satsang by gathering a crowd of thousands.

District Magistrate Ashish Kumar said the 'satsang' was a private event for which the sub-divisional magistrate had granted permission. The local administration provided security outside the venue while the arrangements inside were made by organisers, he added.
